Individual Therapy Consultation

I have extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, and OCD-spectrum disorders. I can provide consultation on the following:

CBT for depression, including behavioral activation and cognitive distortions

Exposure treatment for anxiety disorders

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD-spectrum disorders

 

Couple Therapy Consultation

I am certified in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) and can provide consultation on how to:

Assess relationship distress and problems

Conceptualize couple distress (through the IBCT framework)

Apply IBCT acceptance and direct-change techniques in working with couples

I have experience delivering presentations to groups of varying sizes and mental health expertise, including caregiver support groups, clinic and hospital staff, medical and graduate students in training, and professionals in office settings.
